Your business’s value proposition is arguably the most important element of your overall marketing messaging. 

It’s the guiding light for everything you do clientside.

A value proposition tells prospects why they should do business with you rather than your competitors, and makes the benefits of your products or services crystal clear from the outset.

But if you’re working in the business day-to-day, it’s easy to either bury you value proposition in buzzwords or trite, meaningless slogans. You may have entirely forgotten to highlight it on your site and in marketing campaigns.

Co-creation. The collaborative aspect of workshopping can be undervalued. Balancing perspectives from inside and outside the business is really valuable. I'd be facilitating rather than developing the value proposition, so it won't waver from your vision for the business.
